At LMC, we deliver industry-led education in Project Management and Project Controls, supporting apprentices and students from Level 3 through to Level 6, as well as further study pathways.
We’re growing — and we’re looking for a Project Controls Lecturer to join our team.
What you’ll be doing:-
* Deliver high-quality teaching across key project controls areas including planning, cost control, risk, and performance management
* Teach and support learners across apprenticeship and degree-level programmes (Level 3–6)
* Plan and deliver engaging sessions both online and face-to-face (London/Wimbledon – approx. 36 days per year)
* Design assessments (assignments, projects, exams) and provide meaningful, developmental feedback
* Support learners in developing academic, technical, and professional skills
* Prepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA) where applicable
* Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement aligned to industry standards (e.g. APM, AACE)
* Monitor learner progress and provide targeted support where required
What we’re looking for:-
* Industry experience in Project Controls / Project Management
* Strong understanding of tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
* A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
* Teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards
* Assessor qualification (or willingness to achieve)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Passion for developing others and supporting learner success
* Ability to deliver in-person teaching in Wimbledon (London)
* Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
