About the SEN Teaching Assistant role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
Support learning both inside and outside the classroom, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure tailored support and positive outcomes
This Role Would Suit:
An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling new opportunity
A Psychology graduate seeking hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Teaching, or similar fields
