The Best Bits Extra paid day off every year for your birthday 35 days annual leave, including bank holidays Additional annual leave awarded at 2, 3 and 5 years’ service Option to purchase up to 5 days additional leave per year Refer a Friend scheme – earn up to £500 per referral Company Sick Benefit – 1 week full pay and 1 week half pay following successful completion of probation Health Cash Plan – covers dental, optical, virtual GP, counselling, and includes discounted gym membership Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and oversee high-quality nursing care Lead on documentation, risk assessments, and medication management Ensure effective communication across the multidisciplinary team Coordinate My Reviews, CPA processes, admissions, and discharges Support staff development through supervision and mentorship Monitor physical health care and infection prevention standards Conduct clinical audits and drive quality improvements Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal governance Contribute to recruitment, retention, and a positive team culture Participate in the leadership on-call rota Essential Criteria: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration Proven leadership experience in a mental health or complex care setting Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and MDT working Skilled in clinical supervision, coaching, and staff development Confident communicator and effective problem solver About Brookhaven Brookhaven is a 23-bed, mixed-gender open rehabilitation service located in Bamber Bridge, Lancashire.
