Overview
We have an opportunity for a Non-Medical Prescriber to join the GYAS CRHT. We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician, with extensive crisis team experience, who has completed their Non-Medical Prescribing Course.

Responsibilities
* Formulating treatment plans to provide a holistic service to meet mental health and physical health needs.
* Complete comprehensive assessment including assessment and management of risk.
* Undertaking urgent medication reviews.
* Exploring alternatives to admission and advocating for intensive community-based/home treatment options.
* Provide advice, support and guidance where required to the MDT.
* Support staff development and act as a role model to the team, such as demonstrating the behaviours required in line with our Trust values.
* Take part in Quality and Safety Reviews within the Trust.
* Undertake Line Management Supervision within the team for an agreed number of staff.
