SDR Team Leader
FourNet is adding to our sales team This is a great opportunity for a skilled Sales Development Representative who has successfully managed their own desk and is ready for the next stage of their career – to move into a team leader role and help direct the activities of others.
Ideally, you'll have been a team leader or manager before, and have experience of various aspects of people leadership. Alongside this, we're looking for someone who has been a successful SDR previously and demonstrates good longevity in their career.
Here's an over view of what you're expected to do as an SDR:
Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects. Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into appointments for the sales team.Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales team. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle. Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in personalised multi-channel (phone/ email/ LinkedIn) outreach to profiled prospects with the intention to set appointments, demos, webinars for the sales or pre-sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.Supporting the SDR's to prospect correctly, guide on different strategies to drive engagement and meetings. Cover off meetings booked on a bi-weekly basis with Chief Growth Officer.Is this right for me?

* The intellectual horsepower to research markets, understand customer pain points and requirements; then identify how FourNet can help them meet their goals
* 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in high value technology solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
* Demonstrated success in prospecting within IT / Managed services
* Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM applications, particularly
* Bachelor's degree preferred
