M4 Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our client's team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive office environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, providing essential support to the team, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients. Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4 hours per day (flexible within these days) Salary: £14.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to £15.00 per hour thereafter Key Responsibilities: * Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner * Managing and processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation * Supporting general office administration, including filing, scanning, and data entry * Assisting with correspondence via email and post, ensuring timely responses * Maintaining accurate records of office supplies and coordinating orders as needed * Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the team Skills and Experience: * Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software * Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment * Professional and friendly telephone manner How to Apply: If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in an office environment, we would love to hear from you.
