We are now looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead services supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in Blackpool. The Role As Project Manager, you will: * Develop and coordinate a high-quality, flexible support service * Lead and supervise a staff team delivering person-centred care * Support service users to live independently, improve wellbeing, and reach personal goals * Ensure services meet all compliance and contractual standards, including CQC regulations * Drive continuous improvement through feedback and outcome tracking * Promote dignity, rights, and anti-discriminatory practice at all times ✅ What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs in the UK * At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar service * Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS, and CQC compliance * Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 4/5, RMA, or Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care) * Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) * Two references covering the last 4 years, one from your most recent employer * Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable) * Full UK driving licence and access to a car (desirable) Working Hours * 37.5 hours per week * Flexibility required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on service needs ✨ Why Join Key Health?
