Job Description Manufacturing market Leader now looking to recruit BASED WORCESTERSHIRE PERMANENT ROLE- FOOD SHIFT MANAGER Reporting into the Operations Manager Key Responsibilities are as follows: Responsible for the day-to-day activities including planning and problem solving and provides guidance to their team members. Sets targets, implements guidelines, and assists with any issues the employees may have. Implements team goals and ensures all members understand the team’s objectives and works together to achieve them. Drives KPIs. Fosters a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team. Provides leadership and direction where necessary. Awareness of team strategies, using technology, workplace diversity, management styles, mediation, macro, and micro-management.
