Rate: £32.37 per hour
Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Double-Handed Review Project in Cheshire West. This project focuses on reviewing and optimising care packages for adults, ensuring safe, proportionate, and effective support.
Role Overview
* Conduct moving and handling assessments for service users requiring double-handed care
* Provide professional recommendations for right-size care packages
* Work collaboratively with care providers, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams
* Ensure service users receive safe, person-centred, and proportionate care
* Promote independence and wellbeing while optimising resource allocation
Essential Requirements
* Registered Occupational Therapist (HCPC)
* Experience with moving and handling assessments and double-handed care reviews
* Strong knowledge of proportionate care principles
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
