Key Responsibilities:
As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of hotel operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless:
6. Supervise daily hotel operations to maintain smooth functioning
7. Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff during your shift
8. Handle emergencies and resolve issues swiftly
9. Support multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency
10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the hotel
What we’re looking for:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
11. Previous experience in a Front Office or Duty Manager role within a hotel
12. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
14. Proficiency with OPERA Cloud (preferred)
15. A passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional Guest Services
16. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
