Job Advert About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Building Operations Sectional Officer to manage resources within our Building Maintenance team. You will ensure high-quality service delivery that meets statutory obligations, demonstrates Best Value, and complies with legislative and financial standards. You will require to have a Full Driving Licence. Key Responsibilities Allocate and deploy resources to meet service targets. Prepare performance reports for senior management. Monitor service providers, authorise payments, and conduct quality checks. Review and improve working practices. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements. Liaise with internal teams for materials and transport. Investigate complaints and manage emergency situations. Conduct HR investigations and supervise a multi-trade workforce. Provide technical guidance and support to staff. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
