Job Overview
* Assist all front‑of‑house operations: taking orders from behind the café counter, preparing food and drink, greeting visitors on arrival and taking payments for car parking and shop sales.
* Help maintain tidy and attractive facilities, supporting the 60 000 visitors a year who visit the reserve.
Essential Skills and Experience
You will have experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and be passionate about delivering great customer care. Hands‑on experience within a café or hospitality environment preparing food and drink is desirable.
