Business Analyst – Payroll Transformation (Dayforce) Largely remote, with occasional UK travel for workshops
6-month contract (initial)
We’re supporting a major UK household name through a large-scale payroll transformation programme, to Dayforce for a population of thousands of employees. This is a high-visibility project with strong executive support.
They’re looking for a Business Analy st with proven experience in complex HR or payroll system transformations. You’ll play a key role in capturing current processes, aligning stakeholders, and helping shape the future state design.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
Support and facilitate workshops across business units to align on ways of work ing
Process & Requirements Analysis
Document “as-is” payroll processes and help define the “to-be” future state aligned to Dayforce capabilities
Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardisation across the organisation
Ensure clear, complete documentation of requirements and business ru les
Liaise with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional specs
Contribute to UAT planning and support stakeholder sign-off
Strong experience as a Business Analyst on HR/payroll system change programmes (Oracle, Dayforce, SAP, etc
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup, with occasional UK travel
