In Workplace Solutions (WPS) our unique contribution will accelerate Haleon’s success by transforming the employee experience, inspiring everyone to be their best wherever they work.
WPS team is responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, execution, procurement, and operations of Haleon’s real estate portfolio consisting of complex R&D facilities, office buildings, and sales office sites. The sites may be owned, leased, or be occupied through a serviced space arrangement. WPS works in close collaboration with our Global Support Function partners (Tech, HR, EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), Legal etc) and relies extensively on our network of vendor partners to deliver a safe, productive, and desirable work environment for all users of our sites.

Role Overview
The Workplace Solutions Strategy and Experience team is responsible for supporting the development and evolution of the global Workplace Solutions (WPS) strategy through insights, data, benchmarks, and best practices, evolving it, and incorporating the changes in business requirements and internal people, culture, and engagement plan.
The Workplace Strategy Manager role will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Workplace Solutions governing standards including Real Estate guiding principles, design standards and standardised facilities archetypes and associated service models.
This role will collaborate with key partnering functions to aid a consistent and cohesive employee experience across our site archetypes resulting in an enhanced employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Evolve and update the global WPS strategy through insights, data, benchmarks, and practices, working in close collaboration with Head of Strategy & Workplace Experience
* Work in close collaboration with partnering functions to support the creation of centrally maintained Workplace standards, used to govern workplace standards in facilities across the globe.
* Build strategic relationships with a network of senior Haleon global stakeholders, to understand business requirements, identify opportunities to create value and to position WPS’s value proposition.
* Support the workplace experience data strategy to measure and benchmark experience across the Haleon portfolio, including development of metrics, managing third party relationships
* Manage the creation & roll out of global qualitative & quantative surveys to understand the employee experience levels within our sites.
* Responsible planning & executing a range of sprints and pilots to understand the impact employee experience initiatives on employee satisfaction.
* Translate workplace experience into actionable insights to improve workplace experience, design standards, change management activities, and health and wellbeing.
* Drive WPS People plan to support talent attraction, retention, people development and I&D agenda which eventually will improve internal engagement and build a high-performance team.
* Create compelling business cases for change and obtain approval to execute from Haleon QSC (Quality and Supply Chain) or BUs (Business Unit) and/or other support functions (Finance, HR) senior management, and to agree how benefit delivery will be budgeted
* Provides oversight to projects of high importance and definition of strategic benefits and outcomes ad drive selected projects

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Level of Education: Master’s Degree
Area of Specialisation: Procurement, Business, Finance, Workplace Design, Facilities, Strategy
Job Related Experience Required:
* Significant professional Workplace design, Facility services or Real Estate experience in a comparable large, complex company
* Strong capability to execute; this is core to the role
* Strategy development and implementation; strong value creation capability
* Strong stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills
* Powerful written, verbal and listening skills
* Comfortable using technology and workplace data to develop meaningful insights
* Adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to Haleon
* Demonstrated relationship management skills
* Demonstrated programme management capability
* Strong external orientation
