Proclinical is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales within cardiac and thoracic operating environments.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
* Identify new customers and opportunities while expanding penetration in existing accounts.
* Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with follow-up patient care.
* Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
* Share market insights and trends with marketing teams.
* Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
* Manage territory performance and maintain accurate activity tracking.
* Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
* Comfortable working in an OR environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
* Knowledge of neuromodulation and pain management therapies is advantageous.
* Strong clinical and technical aptitude.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
* Ability to travel up to 80%, depending on territory size and maturity.
