Microsoft Specialist – Sales

Looking for a new challenge where you can make a real impact? Softcat, a £1bn+ UK technology solutions leader, is seeking a Microsoft Specialist to drive strategic growth in our largest vendor partnership.
The Opportunity
You'll lead and own the full co-sell referral process with Microsoft, aligning Softcat's sales motion with Microsoft's "Always On" strategy. From building relationships and managing referrals to delivering insights that accelerate partner-led growth, you'll be at the centre of a key strategic partnership.
What you'll do
* Build and embed the co-sell referral process into Softcat's CRM, aligned with Microsoft workflows
* Deliver against co-sell metrics and provide strategic insights to refine execution
* Manage referrals from creation to closure with clear reporting and analysis
* Foster strong relationships between Softcat and Microsoft sellers to boost opportunity conversion
* Position Softcat as a trusted partner across key service areas
What you'll bring
* Experience working with Microsoft or similar high-calibre channel partners in an alliances or sales role
* Knowledge of Microsoft co-sell programmes, Partner Centre, and MCAPS priorities
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Relevant certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or SC-900 (preferred)
