Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven CRM and CRO Manager to own and elevate our customer lifecycle strategy—from first click to repeat purchase. This is a high-impact role focused on maximising conversion rates, increasing retention, and driving measurable revenue growth. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor, with the autonomy to experiment, optimise, and scale what works.

CRM & Retention:
* Develop and execute the email marketing calendar, including weekly campaigns.
* Build and optimise automated flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart, and win-back campaigns.
* Manage list growth, segmentation, and ensure high deliverability rates.
* Continuously test subject lines, content, and segmentation to improve open, click, and conversion rates.
* Analyse customer behaviour to optimise user journeys.
* Collaborate with Paid, Content, and Web teams to align strategies.
* Own end-to-end website conversion strategy—from homepage to checkout.
* Use tools like Hotjar, GA4, and Shopify analytics to identify conversion blockers and drop-off points.
* Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, PDPs, and CTAs to improve funnel performance.
* Optimise the mobile experience to ensure high performance across devices.
* Collaborate with the Web, Paid Media, and Creative teams to align messaging, UX, and campaign strategy.
Data & Insights
* Set clear KPIs for CRM and CRO initiatives and report weekly on key metrics (CVR, AOV, CLTV, bounce rates, etc.)
* Translate data into actionable insights and own a continuous testing and learning agenda.
* Track attribution to understand the impact of CRM on broader channel performance
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing or ecommerce role.
* Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
* Strong understanding of ecommerce CRO principles.
* Proficient in GA4, Shopify, Hotjar, or similar tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data effectively.
* Proactive and organised with a strong sense of ownership.
* Bonus if you have some experience in Photoshop/Canva - graphic design.

* Experience with ecommerce and retention-focused strategies
* Understanding of lifecycle marketing and personalisation techniques
* Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation tools and best practices
