Can you build strong relationships with others and problem solve?
As a Business Analyst you will need to research and understand current processes. You will write documents such as business cases, requirements specifications, process maps and options appraisals. You will also be responsible for directly building the changes into the back end of the systems, meaning you get to see it through from design to reality.
You will work as part of a business analyst development team, collaborating with senior leaders, front line staff, IT colleagues and software suppliers. You will need a curious mind to analyse how to make efficiencies, translating this into plain English so everyone understands.
Whilst previous experience of business analysis or SystemC software is an advantage, full training will be given. We are looking for people who:
* are interested in systems/technology,
* have a passion for online web initiatives.
* enjoy finding simple solutions to big issues.
* get on with all sorts of different people.
* enjoy working on their own and managing their own time.
* want to make a difference to residents of East Sussex and those that help them.
" It [is] so rewarding to be a part of an organisation where everyone is working towards the same shared goals of providing the best possible services to residents. This, alongside supportive managers, flexible working, personal development, and career progression opportunities, make it a really great place to work ".
