As an Associate Technical Director for the Highways, Environment and Transition team…
You will be responsible for:
1. Planning, designing, and delivering strategic highways, bridges, flood alleviation works, transport plans, and major utility installations
2. Leading large scale multi-disciplinary projects
3. Overarching project management for 3000 unit schemes
4. Generalist multi-disciplinary lead
5. Managing and understanding abnormal and development costs
6. Running major projects and assisting in complex projects
7. Client liaison and working with planners
The team leads on land and technical matters in planning, from acquisition, promotion to reserved matters, and disposal. Includes specialists advising on:
* Civil Engineering
* Transport/Highways Planning
* Flood Risk/Drainage
* Service/Utility Ground Risks
