The role involves managing inbound enquiries, supporting structured outbound activity and guiding prospects from first contact through to conversion. Benefits & Package for a B2B Telesales Executive Salary: £28,000 monthly and quarterly bonus structure (realistic OTE £40,000). Location: Central Cardiff, on-site Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, flexitime between 6am and 8pm, with no core hours.
