Senior Solution Sales Wireless & IoT Hardware Solutions

Salary:£50,000£80,000 base + 100% OTE + share options

The business is now looking for an RF/IOT / Antenna Solution Sales engineer, that is eager to join a cutting edge team and reallydrive commercial growth across Europe and North America/Asia.
Youll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and managing key accounts, to building strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors and technology vendors.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic scale-up environment and is motivated by both commercial and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract close.
* Build and grow relationships with customers and partners within thewireless, IoT and hardwaresectors.
* Maintain a healthysales pipelineand ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to shape proposals and technical solutions.
* Attend and represent the company atindustry trade shows and conferences, occasionally presenting to audiences.
* Negotiate agreements with OEMs, distributors, and solution partners.
* Contribute to go-to-market and channel strategies, helping to scale global sales operations.
Skills & Experience
* 4-5+ years of experience intechnology or hardware sales, ideally withinRF, wireless connectivity, IoT, or semiconductor components.
* Strong understanding of wireless standards such asBluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, or cellular technologies.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex B2B deal cycles.
* Experience selling intoOEMs, ODMs, distributors, or SoC/module vendorsis highly desirable.
* Willingness to travel internationally for client and partner meetings.
