Salary: £35,000 - £45,000; Hours: 09:00am to 5:00pm, 3 days working from home, Permanent Role Fantastic bonus structure,, comprehensive benefits Salary will depend on experience and running caseload independently, together with technical ability Residential Property Solicitor Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchase, transfer of equity, shared ownership, remortgage, auction, right to buy, off plan/new build. Drafting, reviewing associated legal documentation Conducting property due diligence, title reviews and searches, and preparing reports on findings Liaising directly with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transaction progression Overseeing post-completion formalities including registrations, SDLT submissions, and file management Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance requirements are fully met Required Skills & Experience for Residential Property Law At least three years' experience managing own caseload.
