About the Role:
The Service Support Assistant is part of the wider Business Support Service. Responsibilities include managing information and finance systems, improving data quality, and providing high-level customer care by receiving visitors, screening calls, emails, and inquiries. The role involves producing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, managing diaries, and prioritizing workload using initiative to resolve simple queries. Teamwork and backup support are essential components.
