* Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role

Desirable:

* Experience supporting individuals with SEN (Autism, PMLD, behavioural needs)
* Knowledge of positive behaviour support or trauma-informed practice
* Team Teach training (or willingness to undertake training)

What Teaching Personnel Offers

* Long-term, full-time positions in supportive schools
* Competitive weekly pay
* Ongoing training and development (including Team Teach)
* Dedicated support from an SEN specialist consultant
* Clear progression opportunities within education and care sectors
