Title: Solutions Delivery Manager
Location: Leicester
Working Policy: 3 Days per week in office
Salary: Up to £75k plus benefits (including industry-specific ones)

Working in a medium-sized company, thats all about automobiles, youll be a senior member of the tech department: using your technical background daily, actively contributing towards a positive culture, heading up a team of BAs and, occasionally, software Engineers, and working closely and collaboratively with various teams within the business to drive forward delivery, business objectives, and technology solutions.
Youll do some high-level solutions design, be heavily involved in 3 rd party integrations, be a point of escalation for any blockers, and will be customer-facing: being an advocate for Sytner IT to internal and external customers.
This is a brilliant role thatll bring together all your technical, delivery, and business experience to bear in an energetic, interesting, and modern department, where all your work will be much needed and visible to the company- youll not be a tiny cog in a huge machine. Youll actively contribute to the companys technical strategy in a variety of ways, from software integrations to delivery management.
As you can imagine, a physical presence in the business is needed in this position, to enable you to build really strong relationships with the people around you, so a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is a requirement.
