We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Corby, Northamptonshire (Office-based or Hybrid)
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and engaging new B2B prospects across commercial print, marketing agencies, exhibition contractors, and related trade sectors
* Using phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and social selling to generate opportunities
* Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads
* Booking high-quality meetings for our Key Account Managers
* Supporting showroom visits and creating a great first impression for prospective customers
* Working closely with Sales & Marketing teams to drive growth
What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 years’ experience in business development or customer-facing roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence using LinkedIn and digital prospecting tools
* A proactive mindset with resilience and commercial awareness
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
