Our client based in Blackwater, Farnborough, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to provide efficient, professional, and customer-focused administrative support to the Logistics team.

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact - Reception.
* Work within a team of Transport / Warehouse Managers.
* Accurately amend and dispatch customer orders as required.
* Answer incoming calls, providing the first line of customer care.
* Maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant documentation.
* Support and cover administrative tasks for other departments when needed.
* Ensure the depot and office environment is maintained, including ordering stationery and keeping the environment safe and hygienic.
* Perform any other administrative tasks as required.

* Excellent computer skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
