Business Development Manager - Waste Management
Location: North West
The role: A family‑run waste management company is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and build long‑term client relationships. You'll identify new opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a first‑class service. The person requirements
1. You need a door knocking background in a B2C or B2B environment
2. You could be looking for your next career move from telesales or you are currently in an office sales based role wanting the next step in to field sales.
3. You'll need strong sales skills, confidence managing the full sales cycle, and experience in relationship management.
4. Industry experience is an advantage, along with solid communication and strategic planning abilities.
Package: £30-35k basic, £400pcm car allowance, £50k OTE, mobile phone, laptop, pension, 25 days holiday.
