You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that master data, including material masters, BOMs, and routings, are accurately defined, maintained, and aligned to deliver efficient manufacturing and planning outcomes. Your expertise will influence process improvements that support customer delivery and enhance SAP system usage across the business.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive improvements and standardization using ERP systems, especially SAPManage audit strategies in line with master data policiesExtract, interpret, and communicate data from SAP to understand cause and effect based on decisions takenReview engineering processes to ensure alignment and robust MRP outputProvide first-line support for daily issues and troubleshootingContribute to the Operational Excellence workstream, promoting data integrity across the ERP environmentGenerate and distribute KPI packs and manage auditing strategies for master dataImplement processes for inputting routing times into SAP to enhance capacity and schedulingWork with cross-functional teams to create new assembly structures and implement process improvements to better support SAP useGenerate and review detailed requirement analysis documents and functional specificationsCollaborate with outsourced support partners to enhance SAP, including system testing, training, and ongoing supportPerform system regression testing for new SAP releases or upgradesCreate and maintain SAP user guidesWhat We’re Looking For:Education: HNC Level of qualifications or equivalentExperience: Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP experience is highly beneficial)Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proven track record of process improvementCertifications: APICS supply chain certification is desirable but not essentialExperience with: Managing master data, engineering processes, and implementing SAP enhancementsIf you’re looking to leverage your ERP expertise and make a significant impact in a dynamic engineering environment, apply today and join a team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
