Our client is a fast-paced field marketing agency representing some of the UK’s top FMCG brands, and they’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their growing team.
Ways of working
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across your territory. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car, and be comfortable working independently across multiple retail sites.
Base pay
£25,000 + bonus and car allowance

The job…
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of the brand in your region, visiting a variety of retail stores to drive sales, build strong relationships, and increase visibility of key products. You\'ll have a hands-on role implementing in-store activities, merchandising displays, and influencing key decision-makers to secure the best possible presence for your clients’ brands.
Key responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers in your territory.
* Identifying and acting on merchandising opportunities to increase visibility and sales.
* Negotiating additional shelf space and premium in-store placements.
* Driving awareness of new product launches and promotional activity.
* Pre-selling promotions and gaining commitment to in-store support.
* Ensuring correct product placement, stock availability, and promotional execution.
* Using technology to report on store visits and sales activity.
* Providing actionable insights and market intelligence to internal teams.
* Completing administrative tasks such as expense reporting, data entry, and managing POS materials.

* Experience in a field sales, retail, or merchandising role (FMCG preferred).
* Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage your time effectively.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital reporting tools.
* Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily across your region.
* A passion for brands and understanding of retail.
