The Victoria Theatre is a receiving venue that hosts several different types of events including comedy, music and theatre within its large auditorium or smaller performance spaces.
We are recruiting Casual Safety and Security Staff to work evening, weekends and occasionally day-time shifts on a rota basis, as dictated by the performances taking place at the theatre. This role will involve providing an effective, security and safety conscious customer experience to visitors of the theatre.
Successful applicants will have experience of working with the general public in a hospitality or events environment. Applicants should also be confident in conflict management, customer service and other duties as expected from a licensed door supervisor.
A pleasant disposition, commitment to high standards and the ability to work unsociable hours, sometimes at short notice will also be required.
Candidates must be able to move between different levels of the venue using stairs and hold a valid, unrestricted SIA door supervisor license.
Closing Date: Monday 25th August 2025
Interview Date: Week commencing 1st September 2025
