Eddisons bid function has achieved sustained growth over the last four years which has led to successful appointments onto multiple frameworks and multiple contract wins.
Working alongside our established and highly experienced bid team, we now require an additional member of staff that will assume the role of Trainee Bid Writer to work as an integral part of the team, including the following tasks:
* Managing incoming emails from colleagues and clients
* Creating project folders and updating the bid tracker with new opportunities & outcomes
* Reviewing daily tender alerts, logging relevant opportunities onto Microsoft Dynamics, creating bid packs and summaries for circulation to relevant colleagues
* Completing and submitting Supplier/Selection Questionnaires
* Research, collate and create written content, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and articulate win themes to produce compelling tender responses.
* Developing the Eddisons bid library and contributing to the development of general and sector specific collateral across our multiple services lines
* Undertaking 'special projects' such as researching framework opportunities at sector/regional level to align with our office network and improve our access to local authority contracts

· Excellent writing skills with a passion for learning and continual improvement
* Super organised with sound project management and communication skills to liaise with senior internal/external stakeholders
· Team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
· Great time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· A quick learner who can read, dissect and understand complex information and instructions
· Some relevant business knowledge (professional services and/or property) preferred, but not essential
· Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
