At a glance: Location: Cirencester Office Workplace Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent Seniority: Associate The PMO Analyst will play a key role in the Business Change PMO Function, which supports more than 10 business aligned portfolios of work. The role will support one or more Portfolios as well as supporting and developing the overall PMO Function. As a senior member of the team, the role involves mentoring junior members of the team. What you'll be doing: Responsible for providing full PMO Analyst support as defined in the PMO Services at a competent level, including: RAIDD Management Change Budget Management Governance Meeting Preparation and Actions Change Planning Benefits Management Document Management Project Quality Checks To be competent in using key project and portfolio management tools To be competent at training other users in key project and portfolio management tools To take leadership of one or more defined PMO Services, ensuring the service is working effectively and looking for opportunities for improvement. To be competent at building reports either through tools or manually Who we're looking for: We are looking for an experienced and proactive PMO Analyst to support multiple business-aligned portfolios while helping develop the overall PMO function. This role requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure quality governance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the PMO. Essential Criteria Must have worked within a PMO Must have experience in facilitating risk and issue meetings An understanding of the importance of data and how you can use that data to conduct analysis Must have experience in taking minutes at high level meetings Desirable Criteria Experience with Project Online tool What's in it for you?
