We’re partnering with a highly respected boutique healthcare recruitment business that has spent the last 10+ years building one of the NHS market’s strongest reputations for quality, delivery and long-term client relationships.
This is not a KPI-heavy, call-centre style recruitment role.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious recruiter to step into a warm, established desk specialising in senior NHS interim appointments across operations, transformation, programme delivery and improvement.
Key responsibilities
You’ll work directly with senior NHS leaders on high-impact projects including:
* Executive and senior interim appointments

Commission & earnings
* 20% commission on up to 2 placements per month
* 25% commission on 3+ placements per month
* No threshold before earning commission
* Top performers in the business are earning well into six figures.
