What youll be doing:
1. Communicate with customer using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, Live Chat, to sell, retain and transact policies
2. Provide customers with relevant product information that is clear, fair, and not misleading allowing them to make an informed decision
3. Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager
