Our client is a growing tech and IT consultancy, offering fully remote working and are looking for a Senior and experienced Support Engineer to lead the function.
As they scale, they’re looking for someone to bring support leadership expertise to the team.
You’ll have the chance to lead the IT Support team and define processes and best practices as the company scales and customer-base grows.
You’ll be able to implement SRE-like processes and be the team’s SME for escalations and complex issues.
