We are seeking an exceptional Boarding Admissions Manager to lead the recruitment and admissions journey for UK and international boarding students. This pivotal role will deliver a professional, seamless and engaging experience for prospective families, educational agents and partners, helping to attract talented students from around the world while achieving ambitious boarding recruitment targets. The successful candidate will also line‑manage the Boarding Admissions Assistant and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our thriving boarding community.

Responsibilities
* Oversee the recruitment and admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
* Build strong relationships with families and agents.
* Manage international recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all UKVI requirements.
* Attend recruitment events and exhibitions, and travel regularly to the UK and overseas.
* Develop strategic partnerships that support long‑term boarding growth.
Qualifications
* Experienced admissions, recruitment or business‑development professional.
* Proven track record and outstanding relationship‑building skills.
* Deep passion for education.
* Full‑time availability (Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5:00pm) with flexibility for international travel and events.
* Willingness to undergo child protection screening and related checks.
