Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to play a key role in shaping and managing a diverse and high-value property estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute property professional to provide strategic estates advice and deliver complex property transactions within a large, operational organisation. The Role Reporting to the Principal Estates Surveyor, you will provide expert estates input into property projects, ensuring compliance with government property legislation and helping to maintain an estate that is fit for purpose, well-located and appropriately sized. You will lead on complex and high-value property casework, supporting acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters, while working closely with project managers and professional advisors to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
