Location: London, EC2V 5DD
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist the Hospitality Manager in the management of the booking process for the onsite event space
* Supporting Hospitality manager in goods receipting on Compass portal, inputting stock data and chasing supplier invoices for prompt payments
* Assisting with events in the spaces to include guest management, recording activities and service briefing in hospitality managers absence.

* Working with Innovation & Guest Experience to advertise events out to staff/stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Well-organised, process-driven, and action-orientated
* Excellent communication skills.
* Minimum 1 year experience in a venue management/bookings co-ordination role
* Knowledge of Canva and Photoshop (highly desirable)
* Must be flexible as this role will involve some evening work
