VANRATH are assisting a leading firm in Belfast City Centre with the recruitment of a Legal Secretary.
The role will be performed within Monday - Friday (Flexibility available if required) - Based in Maghera
Permanent role.

Responsibilities
1. All forms of typing / audio typing - letters, faxes, memos, emails, documents,
2. Preparation of Court documents and Briefs.
3. Preparation of documents and filing of statutory returns
4. Making telephone calls and receiving telephone messages on behalf of the solicitor
5. Sending and receiving e-mail messages on behalf of the solicitor,
6. Making appointments, keeping records and contacts up to date,
7. Filing, faxing and photocopying duties, keeping records up to date,
8. Being a support to the firm and the wider team, as and when required.
The Ideal Person
9. Essential - at least 1 years' experience in a Legal Secretary position or similar
10. Conveyancing or Probate experience preferred but not essential
11. Effective time management - prioritise work for solicitor
12. Diary management
13. Good communication skills and telephone manner
