We’re hiring: Certification Assessor (PPE)
Kettering, Northamptonshire (UK)
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE
An established, accredited certification organisation is looking for a Certification Assessor to join its PPE Certification team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regulated environment, assessing products against UK and EU PPE Regulations and supporting manufacturers in achieving CE and UKCA marking.
What you’ll be doing
* Carrying out certification assessments of PPE in line with relevant standards and regulations
* Interpreting PPE performance standards and regulatory requirements
* Reviewing technical documentation and preparing draft certification documentation
* Communicating with clients on certification processes, requirements, and progress
* Collaborating with internal certification and quality teams
* Attending external technical meetings and contributing to standards activity where required
