Role Summary
Responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage servers, networks, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and data centers
- Ensure system uptime, performance monitoring, and incident management
- Oversee IT security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Lead infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption)
- Manage vendors, licenses, and infrastructure costs
- Support business applications and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience
- Experience in cloud (Azure/AWS), network, and system administration
- Strong knowledge of network, server, and cloud environments
- Experience with security, backup, and DR planning
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
