These positions arise as part of continued strategic growth, rather than replacement hiring, which reflects the firm’s ongoing investment in strengthening its Employment offering across key regional markets.
The team is recognised for delivering high-quality advice across both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for a diverse client base spanning commercial organisations, healthcare providers, education institutions and the public sector.
The roles themselves offer a broad and balanced workload, including:
• Managing a mix of contentious and advisory Employment matters
• Taking ownership of Employment Tribunal cases with a high degree of autonomy
• Supporting on corporate transactions and related Employment aspects
• Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across a national platform

The team is seeking individuals with circa 4+ years’ PQE, although the emphasis is firmly on candidates who can demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage client relationships independently.
