We are seeking a caring, skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Hearing Resource Base in a welcoming and inclusive school in Penarth. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with hearing impairment and communication needs to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. About the role You will work closely with the class teacher, specialist staff and external professionals to support deaf and hearing-impaired pupils in both the resource base and mainstream classroom. You will help pupils access learning, develop communication skills and build confidence throughout the school day.
