Job Advert 24 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 9 August 2026 Interviews will take place on Wednesday 25 th February 2026 Armadale PS Nursery Class is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and nurturing ELC Practitioner to join the team in the nursery. The successful candidate will work as part of a forward-thinking team, bringing a sound knowledge of child development and will respond to the individual needs of each child, providing high quality, caring interactions and learning and teaching experiences. The setting is open 50 weeks per year and staff work flexibly across the opening hours. The post is 24 hours fixed term to 9 th August 2026. Monday-Thursday 7.45am-12.30pm Friday 7.45am-12.45pm The post-holder must be educated to HNC/SVQ3 level in Early Education and Childcare or provide equivalent qualifications and be able to demonstrate breadth and depth of experience in an early year’s educational establishment. The post-holder must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a practitioner and will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure.
