Our client is a fantastic organisation, who employ circa 400 people across two Hampshire sites near Basingstoke. You will be joining a team of 4 immediate colleagues in HR, who are all passionate about providing outstanding service to the business. Job Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
3. Advising and guiding line managers on best practice when dealing with a wide range of HR issues
4. Onboarding of new starters
5. Dealing with a wide range of employee relations issues, from sickness to AWOL
6. Working with the Head of HR on a variety of projects and rolling these out across the group
7. Becoming a trusted advisor within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
The HR Advisor will have the following skills/ qualities:
8. Previous experience within HR at Advisory level
9. A desire to improve process
10. Ability to support stakeholders and build rapport
11. Great attention to detail, as this is a regulated environment
12. DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO A VEHICLE (due to location of site)
