BDS are recruiting for an Estates Coordinator to work at a Retirement Living Service in NW8.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, proactive and looking for a position which is varied and engaging.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
* Completing fire alarm and safety checks
* Ensuring a high standard of presentation is maintained across the service
* Signposting residents to any relevant services
* Reporting faults and repairs
* Undertaking admin tasks such as updating resident contact info, ordering supplies, etc.
This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm.
This is a permanent position from the offset.
