You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer‑centric culture where innovation, long‑term relationships and measurable oues matter.Your new roleAs the Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying and winning new business across the region. You will:
1. Manage key accounts and actively develop new target customers—converting prospects into long‑term clients.
2. Drive service revenue from existing customers and new opportunities, creating a strong pipeline of upsell and cross‑sell.
3. Take end‑to‑end responsibility for service contracts within your remit, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee service contracts across both in‑house and third‑party systems, coordinating maintenance schedules and technical support.
5. Partner with Finance, Service and Service Centre teams to optimise contract profitability (revenue, cost control, engineer utilisation, and value realisation).
6. Interface with customers to uncover new opportunities; collaborate with Service, Sales, Small Works and Projects teams to convert pipeline into orders and recurring service revenue.
7. Prepare quotations across all relevant disciplines for your allocated accounts to drive order intake.
8. Promote the full solutions portfolio to strengthen positioning and expand account coverage.
9. Match capabilities to business and site needs, ensuring the right solution at the right time for each customer.
What you’ll need to succeed
10. Proven experience as a Customer Relationship / Key Account Manager within the fire and security or broader building technologies sector
11. A strong track record in account management and new business development.
12. Confidentmunication and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate credibly at multiple stakeholder levels.
13. The ability to identify, shape and convert opportunities, building long‑term, trusted customer relationships.
