Your new role You will take a leading position in shaping concepts, driving detailed design development and guiding projects from early briefing and sketch proposals through to full technical packages and on-site coordination. You will work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to produce design solutions that balance aesthetics, practicality and commercial viability. You will be responsible for ensuring all design outputs meet the highest standards, managing deadlines, mentoring junior designers and contributing to the continuous improvement of studio processes.
