Your Role at a Glance
In this highly visible role, you will:
* Oversee Department Operations: Plan, organize, and direct all activities within the Radiology and CT departments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting organizations.
* Supervise and Train: Provide technical supervision, develop staffing schedules, and lead training for radiologists, technologists, physicians, and other team members.
* Policy Development: Collaborate with administration and supervising physicians to establish and maintain operating policies and procedures.
* Budget Management: Develop and justify the annual budget, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure financial accountability.
* Data Reporting: Prepare reports, monitor service volume trends, and provide statistical data to senior leadership.
* Foster Teamwork: Build a culture of professionalism and collaboration through leadership by example.

Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree
* Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License
* Current ARRT Registered in X-Ray required; CT Registration preferred
* A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in the field of Radiology.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate efficient and courteous communications with patients, physicians, management, employees and vendors.
* Excellent problem-resolution skills are essential.
* Work Schedule is 40 hours per week
